I'm not sure who you are addressing this to, but if it is me, let's just
say that living on Vancouver Island, and working with inkjet printers a
goodly amount, I have lived through their growing and groaning pains.

No sir, just the usual measekite arguments, sometimes I don't know why
I bother.

Are you trying to tell us that this business lasted 6 years from a
small start up to a decent sized franchise by selling products that
ruin printers?
LOOK AT ALL OF THE IDIOTS IN THIS NG. THERE IS AN ASS FOR EVERY SEAT

Look at all of the idiots in this NG.

Yes I know, anyone who can't agree with you is an idiot, or rather you
are protesting because of your hurt feelings.

Yes I know, anyone who can't agree with you is an idiot,

You see, one of the reasons you feels were hurt last year was the fact
that you felt that people were calling you an idiot because you
disagreed with what they had to say. But what you need to do is
understand this feeling and become empathic to others. For example I'm
not saying you are an idiot, i'm just saying that you are wrong when
you are wrong. I'll never say there isn't a downside to 3rd party ink,
only it's what I use because it costs less.

It's O.K. to feel that a group is slanted tward one solution, and it's
even O.K. to disagree with the choice of others. I'm totally for
someone who based on observation and experence picks a particular
product and shares it. But it is wrong to call someone an idiot when
clearly they are using their brains to make a choice.

This is why I'm asking about Island Inkjets. If they carry a decent
product that others have had postive experence with I might buy it or
reccomend it to others. It's important you respect this since you feel
such a strong urge to prevent people from getting a bad product.
