They make it so difficult to pull them and even some of those power plugs. I

back, minus the broken cable which easily replaced, and i'll get a complete
refund, including both shippings. I thought that was kind of neat of them. And
yet, I'm disappointed..I really wanted to keep it..didn't realize it would be
such a hassle, and on a new computer no less. Thanks again for your input, and
makes one's hope justified in the help of some people in this group...if only
tech support of these companys were as well intent. Say tuned for my next
'adventure'..LOL

Always pull the connectors, themselves -- and never, the ribbon cables
or wires. This general rule applies to most everything, not only
computers.
