You've heard of the "Fritz Chip," or the TCPA (Trusted Computing
Platform Alliance) of course. If you are using an Intel machine you
will be susceptible to scrutinization irregardless of your choice of
operating system.

and, if you use Windows, you actually license the software. Ownership
is never in question. Is it your computer?

This is not a troll. just a hard look at reality. I have to admit,
contemplating the subject feels a little like taking a dip in the
slime.
