How do I get all day events to show up on my tool bar?

How do I get all day events to show up on my tool bar?

Do you mean your "To-Do Bar"? If not, what toolbar?

the To-do? It won't show all day events- you'll need to make them timed
events.

Sorry, correct the To Do Bar. So only the timed events show up? What
is the rational behind that?

It was a new feature and they didn't know we'd want to see all day events.
They fixed that mistake in outlook 2010 but were unable to add it into an
update/sp.
