Actual hard drive sizes....

OK, I take the 80 Gb, tell it to do 4 Gb for Primary partition, and the rest
as one extended, with the cluster size as 32KB?

Partition Magic will show you the sizes allowed, but I believe you
HAVE to use 32K clusers for the ~76GB remaining if it's a single
partition, with 16KB clusers only supporting up to 32GB. In other
words, there is no action needed on your part for this extended
partition if it's larger than 32GB.

What I would also do is use 32K clusters for the 4GB primary
partition, which is something you would need to manually set with
Partition Magic, or for a tradeoff between performance and slack
reduction, choose 16K clusters.
