Don't you guys agree that...
1) Cutting telnet services on several big ISPs
2) No P2P
3) No finger, No Text Mode
4) Incompatibility of old programs
5) No favourite music to download
6) Limiting all the things you can do on the web like you could do in the
days of the advent of Internet in the 90s....
for an exchange of sort of pronounment of so called Advancement stupid!
It only causes boredom and regression for the computing industry for which
it should otherwise be kept.

The answer is to set up camps for AOL users. Once the world is cleansed we can go back to normal.

Jacky...

Have you stopped taking your medication again?

Your two remaining brain cells are no longer firing in unison...

I don't feel sorry for crack heads like you that post incomprehensible
garbage...

You need to sit down with a long tall glass of STFU.

I guess your age is around 20-25. You probably have not ever experienced
enjoyable 90s university life in computer science of that age... :)
Thanks
Jack

Dogs don't live that long.

Depends - are we talking dog years or human years? The world's oldest living
dog is 30 (or 210 in dog years).

All references are in cat years of course. What wierd frame of reference do you view the world. Everyone uses our master's years.

Anyway you, back to the soap opera. Striking is not permitted. No industrial militants here. Get back to work on the Shell/Miss soap opera. My favourite show.

"advent of Internet in the 90s"...

Hmmm... Perhaps you mean the "advent of the World Wide
Web"...

I remember the unlimited "things you [could] do" on the
Internet using a dumb terminal and Lynx to navigate the
WWW - like all of the beautiful pictures and sounds, and the
ease of navigation (hope you like the keyboard)!

And I remember the unlimited "things you [could] do" on the
Internet using a dumb terminal and Pine to post to a bulletin
board - like all of those beautiful pictures in the alt.fractals
BBS's!

I've seen that before - I've always challenged it. I've known of many St
Bernards, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Clumberland Spaniels, etc that have lived
*far* longer than 9 years.

Considering the picture posted on the net revealing who
you are, I would venture to say that you more than *just*
knew those dogs!

Hmmmm,,,,, kids these days.. I remember when there was no internet and
computers were just beginning to communicate over telephone lines.

Sheesh, I remember when a computer filled a big room and used vacuum tubes
for switches. No keyboard... keypunch.

I remember when computer had names, like ships still do.
