Hi all,

I have a great PowerPoint presentation for class and I need to put it on
a CD to get it to class. I know about the Pack-and-Go feature on PP and I've
tried it, when I try to put it on my F drive (my cd burner) it says F drive
un-accessible see administrator to gain access to it. I would save it to a
floppy but the file is huge. Could you help me out?

Don't try to save it directly to a CD. It can't be done.

Instead, save it to a new folder on your hard drive. Two files will be created.
One file is called PNGSETUP.EXE. Run it to unpack all of the files in the .PPZ
file that is the packed presentation. Then, run the CD burning software that
came with your computer and burn all of the files to a blank CD.
