Window Media Encoder Problem

Dear Mircosft experts' team,

I'm having problems of changing an coded quicktime mov. file into a windows
media player wmv. when the problem arises a message pops up

"The following error occurred while setting up the source 'Source 1':

One or more codecs required to open this content could not be found
(0xC00D1b83)"

please help

What are you using to open the .mov file? They are generally associated with
QuickTime, and like any media file require a supporting codec file for
playback. If you are using WMP to open them, don't. Search google.com for a
converter.
