Random Number Function...

I am trying to figure out how to generate a set of random
numbers but apply another rule that dicates probability.
I have a three column worksheet that generates a random
number in each column. However, while I need a random
number in each column, I also need to make sure that all
three add up to 1; probability weighted. I was wondering
if anyone knew how to use the Random Number function
while also dicating the numbers total value.
