How to code the ENTER key to move between form fields in a protect

I have tried to follow these instructions without success:

Can anyone give me step by step instruction on how to use this macro?
Do I need to run all of them?
Do I need to use a .dot form?
Where do I load the macro in: “all active templates and documents†or
“normal.dot†or “the document I have openâ€
