Error downloading 2000 SP2 patch (KB828035)

I am using SMS and trying to download the patch for MS03-
043, KB828035 (Windows 2000), through SMS. I have been
unsuccessful for about eight (8) days). Is anyone having
problems downloading KB828035-x86-ENU-
CustomServicePackSupport.EXE.

My error looks like this:

An error occured while downloading \\local_stuff updates
test\WINDOWS 2000 SP2\1033\Windows2000-KB828035-x86-ENU-
CustomServicePackSupport.EXE from download.microsoft.com.

And does anyone know the difference between KB828035-x86-
ENU-CustomServicePackSupport.EXE and KB828035-x86-
ENU.EXE? Is there a difference?

I have seen the same problem, but was able to get it to work by manually
downloading the patch.
If you want more specific info on why it fails you might want to post to
the SMS newsgroup.
