I see they are now calling cubic capacity "displacement".......fancy engineering jargon tut,tut.

Hi MadX,
In europe though, we use the cc term as in 1600cc being a 1.6 litre and so on. I didnt take into account i was watching an american vid. I suppose the cc is the amount of fuel mixture a piston chamber can hold whereas displacement is the volume thrown out of the chamber....why cant we all just have the same language or terms...
