zune player

Hi, I recently pick-up a zune player, loaded it fine. but I was surprised
that it won't sync with my microsoft windows media player. My system is xp
and is up to date, I have media player 11. Is there a way for windows media
player to sync with my zune? I just hate to have to run duplicate files of
music media/video/photos.

Have any ideas?
