Zoom snaps to full view after edit

Using PowerPoint 2007: I zoom in on a shape to edit the points. When I'm
done with the edit and click beside the shape to release it, Power Point
zooms out to default... leaving me to find the shape on the slide and zoom in
again to see how it looks. In 2003 version, when I released the shape from
edit mode, the view (zoom) stayed put and the edited object remained in view.

Why the annoying snap to full view?

Thank you much! The update took care of the problem.

It's a bug. It was fixed in SP2, I think it was. Install SP2 for Office
2007, and it should take care of the problem.
