I've recently upgraded from Moz 1.6 to 1.7 and Zonealarm (free version)
is th roughing fits when I try to send mail or post to newsgroups, it
comes up with the request for permission dialogue box, but I can't check
the box that always allows the action nor can I allow or deny the action
any ideas as to what is going on.

BTW I'm using Win98SE on a 2400Ghz Athlon, everything is up to date.

TIA

Eric

No problem here with the same config. Try deleting moz from the za
permitted programs and retry moz connection to the Internet.

Sometimes you need to uninstall moz before updating it. That can cause
problems if there are different skins and extensions that are
incompatible. Save your plugins or you will lose them.
