Zone Alarm Pro

Hi,
I am having a problem with the Zone Alarm Pro, when I go
into the event viewer, it comes up with True Vector
Service, this is causing my system to freeze and I get
the blue screen and it tells me to restart the computer
if I haven't seen this before. But it is starting to get
more regular at doing this. I paid good money for this
Zone Alarm Pro. And this True Vector Service is causing
me a lot of headaches here, can anyone tell me how to
solve this problem? I have written to Zone Alarm and they
tell me to delete it and redownload, but have done that
several times now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Funny Thing i have been usins ZA for about two years, XP,ME,98se Lan,Router,

occasional problem reconfiguring upgrades.

...." I had no idea ZA was so bad..." I TOTALLY DISAGREE .
Excellent product and protection for the price.
 
I too have been using ZA Pro for a couple of years and have never had a
problem with it. I think you have other problems that are being blamed

It's not a bad product granted........there were some issues with ZA and
WinMX a while back but they seem to have been resolved now.
 
It isn't bad. It isn't fabulous but it is better than the XP firewall. I
suggest you uninstall it and reinstall it.
 
perform a reinstall, and select "clean install" rather than "upgrade".
If the problem persists I would suspect some other interaction, run a
Ad-aware scan.
