ZIP Password in Windows XP

I password protected a zip disc in Windows 98. I am now running Windows XP and am unable to open my disc. Instead of asking for my password, XP keeps asking me to load a disc on my E drive. How can I get the option to key my password?
 
Have you downloaded and installed latest Iomega drivers? I think you
need at least IomegaWare version 3.1for PW protection to work

In addition to John's advice, is the "E" drive letter
the same on your XP machine for the zip drive? It might
be keyed to that somehow.
