Zip folder problem

Is there any reason why windows vista struggles to unzip .zip folders or why
it cannot unzip multipul without crashing?

You'd have to give a lot more information about your system as well as
details such as if this ever worked, etc. for anyone to answer you. Vista
doesn't struggle with .zip folders on my system and I've not seen it
struggle with .zip folders on my clients' machines.

That isn't to invalidate your experience of course, but to give you focused
help we'd need to know more.
