zip files

I recently discovered that I have lost the ability to drag and drop a file
from within a zip folder/file and copy to another folder or desktop. I can
still extract the entire zip folders contents using the unzip wizard, but
extracting and copying a single file cannot be done. Any suggestions?

Try this.

Start -> Run -> copy & paste -> regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
& press Enter. Reboot.

If that fails.
Click Start and then click Run.
In the Open box, copy & paste > sfc /scannow, and then click OK. Note
that you may be prompted to insert the Windows XP installation CD-
ROM.
