What unzip are you using? Try a different zip program:

IZArc

ZipGenius
http://www.zipgenius.it/index_eng.htm

7-Zip
http://www.7-zip.org/

ICEOWS
http://www.iceows.com/HomePageUS.html

TugZip
http://www.tugzip.com/

AlZip (FREE for home users)
http://www.altools.net/Default.aspx?tabid=47

I have used TugZip, and 7-Zip, but don't have experience with any of
the others.

Standard ZIP format doesn't support ZIP files > 4GB. It is a limitation
in the internal formatting. You need to use 64 bit ZIP for that.
