Zip File Problems

Hi all

Anyone seen this error message and know of a fix please?

"Windows has blocked access to these folders to help protect your computer.
Windows blocks files that are marked as not trusted."

This is an issue that has arisen rather than an original feature IYSWIM.
Is there a tick box somewhere that assigns trust status to file types?
Or is this some new "security feature" from M$ that has gone awry?

If you are running IE7 this is a known problem as it checks verification of
files. Go to this site or type in Google, "Publisher could not be verified"
and go to MSDN form thread by Bob Heitzam.
