I had a power failure while using the pc.
when the power came back I am missing the "accessories and utilities"
section of my programs. Not located in the remove section, not in waste
basket, not in program files, search cannot locate it.
So I insert my factory cd for XP and follow the path to add and the cd says
it casn/t find "zClientm.exe" and therefor will not load up . I went to
explore and look in the cd innards and I can see tha wanted file therein.
How do I get back the accessories and utilities section ???

Hi Bill,

Sounds like the power failure caused more glitches than
the obvious missing My Programs subfolder, which is
preventing you from reinstallng those programs.

Right click your C: drive in My Computer to run the Tools
available there to scan the disk and check for errors.

Afterwards, repair your Windows XP installation ...

Afterwards, boot up your system, turn on your XP Internet Firewall,
plug back into your Internet connection and install all Critical and
