Hello,

I'm having an issue with yuhmee.com. Everytime I perform
a browser action I have this windows login password
window that popos up and asks me for my username and
password. I've tried a great many of the spyware and
registry cleaners to no avail.

Any help out there.

Thanks

Ty

You do not mention a virus scan?
I suggest you use your anti-virus application to scan your computer. If you
do not have such a program, you may try the following on-line free virus
scanner.

I had the same problem, and after running ad-aware and spybot S&D an
others, to no avail. I finally found out that (apparently) som
previous malware had created a host file, and it was filled with th
same ip address, and multiple host names, so that instead of using dn
for the lookup, the host file would send it to yuhmee.com. My solutio
was to completely delete the host file, and now performance of th
browser improved dramatically. The host file is located unde
windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. Look at the file, you may wish t
keep some of the entries, but normally you would not require any

That's the location for WinXP. It will be somewhere else in other versions.
