YOUTUBE videos do not play on ANY browser.

Hey guys, trying to figure out an issue where youtube videos do not play in
IE 7, even tried installing firefox same problem.
Uninstalled and reinstalled flash several times
Same with Java...

ANyone have any ideas?
 
More information: I am not getting a "javascript" error or anything telling
me i am missing something. All i see is a black screen with the circle going
round. Video never loads. Tried also deleting cookie, temp etc.
