Your personal address book could not be opened

I have completed an upgrade from XP Pro to Vista Business.
Outlook will not open and states the above message.
Retry - no result
Cancel - Outlook closes

So I went to Control Panel, Mail, Email accounts and the same message was
displayed.

Outlook worked perfectly in XP Pro but now I can't find a way in.
Please help

Hi Hal
Thank you for the suggestion I went to that website and also looked at the "Create a New Outlook Profile" page on the website you suggested. Then the penny dropped, even though my "Outlook 2003 Profile" had been copied from XP Pro to Vista it was not operational, so I re entered all my email addresses, POP3, smtp, etc and eureka everything is now working okay.
I will be sending you an email today asking for your postal address so that I can send you a small thank you.
