I recently got a used Gateway computer with Windows XP Pro loaded.
Recently I began to get the message in the subject line on boot up,
BUT, you never have to put in a password, it comes right up. I looked
into it and found 2 accounts, one "user" (with administrative rights)
and the Guest account, which is not active. My understanding is the
administrator passwords never expire. JFS&G, I tried to change the
name form"user" to "administrator" but it told me that "administrator"
already exists. However, I don't see that account when I open "User
Accounts"
Can someone tell me what is going on? (12 days to go and counting...)
Thank you all in advance,
