After tryting to send some emails, I keep getting the follwoing message from
the system admin.

Your IP address has been restricted due to heavy usage.Enable SMTP
authentication in your email client to send mail

How do I enable SMTP authentication in my email client to send mail ?

In your account settings, go to More Settings... and select the Outgoing
Server tab.
