Your browser does not support ActiveX
You must have ActiveX support to print your transcript

I am just trying to print my MCP transcript, but the above message surfaces.
I have Windows XP SP1, not 2 (corp policy for this one). I have tried just
about everything: changed security settings, to downlaod active X controls,
and totally reduced security, then set it to defualt and no difference. What
do you all think?

Did you check your Security Settings on the IE Properites window, to do that
click on Security Tab and select Custom level:
See what the settings under these options:
[&] Binary and script behaviors
( ) Adminstrator approved
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
[&] Download signed ActiveX Controls
( ) Disable
( ) Enable
(*) Prompt

[&] Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[&] Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt

Another to try is to clear your caches and delete the cookies.
My worries your ActiveX may damaged and need to be replaced, to do that
follow these steps:
Click on General Tab ( On IE Properties window) click settings and on there
click on View Objects and do your changes.
HTH.
