I have tried the anti spyware, to be honest I think it is
pants! If you run the scan, then scan your computer with
progams such as "spybouncer" or "no adware" why do these
programs find more, and also get rid of cookies.

And why does Ad-Aware find spyware that is missed by Spybot? And why
does Spybot find spyware not detected by Ad-Aware? And why does
PestScan detect what isn't there (i.e., false positives)? And why do
none of them find rootkits? Detecting the crapware requires a layered
and overlapping approach.
and also get rid of cookies.

Because cookies aren't spyware! It is an anti-*spyware* product, not a
privacy product to make sure your employer or parents don't see you are
visiting porn sites (assuming they aren't running you through a sniffer
on an upstream host to see EVERYTHING you send and receive). There are
better solutions to managing your cookies than having an anti-spyware
product delete them occasionally for you.
