You should fire the developing team for Frontpage

Whoever made this program should be fired. It's inferior, adds extra
unnecessary tags, and makes pages totally inaccessible.

I also find your forms to be cumbersome and bothersome to use, configure,
and edit. Did you know everytime I upload a form into my site, it turns to
total crap and doesn't work anymore?

You should spend more time fixing your other broke programs.

I'm buying an Apple.

Sounds like you spent a few minutes trying to learn how to use FP.
Buy two Apples you'll need a spare.

Too bad you never took more than a few seconds to learn how to use your
software.

With all respect Sir, I was new in Access and Front page programming some
time ago. I am definately not a programming specialist and most certain, will
never be.
The Access and Frontpage Community helped me to developpe my database and
with all Web coding. After a while I found out that it is quite simple for a
beginner (like everything you know once).
So, I believe you have to come a bid down with your remark because I truly
believe that many people are just having a big smile on their face, reading
your post and taking you not for serious.
Ahh, by the way, a lot of success with Apple

: Whoever made this program should be fired.
----->>> MS did not create FrontPage. They acquired it and
added to/ refined it over the years

: It's inferior, adds extra unnecessary tags, and makes
pages totally inaccessible.
: I also find your forms to be cumbersome and bothersome to
use, configure,
: and edit. Did you know everytime I upload a form into my
site, it turns to
: total crap and doesn't work anymore?
----->>> It is a tool to help you create pages. Any tool
used incorrectly can have bad results.

: You should spend more time fixing your other broke
programs.
----->>>IF FrontPage is so broken, I would think you would
want that fixed. Maybe your parents should have been fixed.

: I'm buying an Apple.
----->>>And who ya gonna blame when it does not fix
everything for you either?

A little harsh i think. I created a website with FP that runs nice and
smoothly and i am a complete novice. I found it easy to use and managed
without consulting any kind of help forum/files. I think you just need spend
a little more time learning how to use it. Just my opinion.

At least you made me smile :D

I have to agree with Matt and I am a Mac user. If you don't like the
city you live in now, you won't be any happier in another city. My son
just recently built an FP site, and he too is a new user. I was very
impressed with the complicated form and validation script he was able to
squeeze out with FP, a form and script that worked flawlessly online and
also locally on my Mac using FP scripts and files copied from his live
site.

If forms are breaking apart for you I'd look first to your host server
to make sure FP extensions are in place and then to the way you uploaded
those files which should never be done outside of FP.

Take the time to learn the tool. I think your efforts will be well worth
it. And if you still feel frustrated, please leave Apple out of it :)

Best of lucK to you!
