I am the owner of everything in this database, including the database. I
have giving myself administrative rights to every table, query, etc. Yet I
have one query, which I own and have administrative rights to, which, when I
want to make changes to, it gives me the error message that I have not
rights to make changes.
What could be happening here?

If you own the query, you should definitely be able to change it.

So my bet is, you do not own the query!

Perhaps silly questions, but:
- how do you know that you own the query?
- how do you know that you have Administer permission to the query?
- is it a Run With Owner Permissions (RWOP) query?

It shows that the current user is Admin. The report is owned by Admin.
Shouldn't admin have the right to everything?

Huh?

Let's try again.

- how do you know that you own the query?

- how do you know that you have Administer permission to the query?

- is it a Run With Owner Permissions (RWOP) query?
