Sorry...What I meant is the YES/NO tick box?
if you click the cell, the TICK is true and if unclicked, its false.
Hope this makes sense....

There is no built-in yes/no tock box in Excel.
You may be thinking about the Wingdings font; take a look at this:

Yes, if you want a character that looks like a box with or without a tick,
