Hi Susan, John and all.

I am honored once again at your request to include our WinPatrol program
on the Pricelessware CD. I'm happy to give my permission for your 2004 CD.
I hope everyone appreciates the hard work and team spirit that I've seen go
into this project.

I've always been an advocate of Freeware. I am happy to point out that
unlike other so called Free Anti-Spyware programs we actually provide the
tools to clean up your computer without scaring you into upgrading to a paid
version.

Your work here is admirable. It seems like these days most of the free
programs install mysteryware without your knowledge and make programs like
WinPatrol, Adaware and Spybot a requirement.

If you'd like to fight back against mysterious program you can learn how
at www.Mysteryware.com

Thanks again,
Bill Pytlovany

I think it should be we who are honoured. Programs/utilities like
yours are justifiably appreciated by people such as those in this
newsgroup.

Thanks for the link. I see that .....

"The Federal Trade Commission is holding a Spyware Workshop on April
19th and someone representing BillP Studios will be attending."

Excellent ! I have a VERY old web page that you might care to look at
and/or reference. It is ;

http://clients.net2000.com.au/~johnf/feedback.html

Even though old it covers some of the problems that undetected
spyware can potentially create for the unwary. I was the person who
got the alt.privacy.spyware newsgroup started. I hope you have
posted the above info/link there. A number of readers should be
interested. :-)

Regards, John.

Thank you *very* much Bill. A small request - please don't release a new
version for a few days. ;)

Susan (leaving to download a couple more updated programs)
