Hello,

I created a web page and included a short, innocuous JavaScript in the code.
When I open the page from a folder on my computer, I get a Yellow Bar
Security Warning at the top of the page. However, when I upload the page to
the web and open it from the web, there is no security warning. What's the
reason for the difference? Is there a way I can make opening a local web
page less security "sensitive", while not losing the protection entirely
when I'm on the web?

Thanks,
Roy

Alan,

Looks like lots of reading, but thanks for the links.

Comment to nobody in particular: The people who make all this security stuff
necessary SUCK bigtime!

Thanks,
Roy
