yeah...I actually need help with quickbasic...

Ok...dont poke fun...I still use quickbasic. I wrote a
program to answer the phone when the modem rings enough,
hang-up then uses the shell command to start rasdial and
dial my internet provider. Programs compiled ok and all
but after I close the modem and start rasdial, rasdial
hangs and says that the modem is still in use. Is there a
way to get my program to let other apps use the modem at
the same time? heres the address for the code if anyone
