Hello all:

After a couple of hours fighting with vista 5472, I can't work with VPN. As
I can read in this forum and in others, my consolation is that I have been
arrived more far than the majority. I use the Cisco 4.8.01.0410 Beta client
to provide the VPN connection. Setup was fine, it can connect to my office's
firewall and (now the graceful thing comes ) I can access to the network
neighborhood of my office without problems, but (now arrives the issue) only
can do that. Cannot do a PING to any machine, neither use FTP, neither VNC,
Oracle or any other protocol that isn't network sharing.

I've tried to disable the firewall, to change policies, and I don't know haw
many things, but the only thing that i can do is to copy files.

By all means if I start with my XP partition, all works fine.

Please, help me before I do the Hara-Kiri to myself

Regards

I have Cisco VPN 4.8.01.0300 and I managed to connect to the other side, but
unfortunately,
I got the message tat Truebit Vector driver is incompatible with vista and
cannot be used and the connection was closed.
This is happening every time I try to connect.

If you can send this higher version of VPN client may be I can do something
with it :-/ I use Vista B2 (5384).

best regards,
Christopher
