Yahoo won't load

I'm running windows xp on a dsl speed connection. I cannot get Yahoo in
Internet Explorer or Moxilla. All other pages load up fine but for some
reason I get a message saying "That page cannont be displayed" . I ran my
Adaware, Spybot and my antivirus is up to date. Can someone please help?

Whats happens if you try to open http://209.73.186.238
