yahoo windows error

I have a problem with yahoo messenger. I deleted all of
my user names and cleared my account for personal reasons
and reformed a new id with them and went to sign in with
them again and now I get a windows error saying the
following windows box pops up;

yahoo messenger has encountered a
problem and needs to close we are
sorry for the inconvience. When viewing
the error report from microsoft box
appname: ypager.exe
appver:5.6.0.1355
modname:flash.ocx

This was also included in the extended
error report
c:\docume~1\michael\locals~1
\temp\wer18.temp.dir00\appcompat.txt


Why is it I am unable to get back into
yahoo now that I have deleated my old
account info and started a new one?
this is when it all started....
What can I do from here????

You need to follow this up with Yahoo tech support. Your error message is
coming from their program, ypager.exe and it is not functioning properly in
its current state.
