Yahoo toolbar placement on Internet Explorer

oh no / how much fun is that / click click drag drag drop drop / change
toolbars / too hard / then don't try things sharp near you eyes and
some kids / they sent up up da bomb / too much / bye
 
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click VIEW, then TOOLBARS. Look for
"Lock The Toolbars". If there is a check mark next to it, then remove
it.

Does that change the appearance of your Yahoo Toolbar?
