Works great on my laptop at work with a corporate firewall but does not work
on the home computer. I had EZ Armore Firewall, which I uninstalled, and I
turned off the Windows firewall in the Control Panel. There is still a
hardware firewall in my router, but no streaming or download works from
Yahoo. I cleared all cookies in IE6 and Firefox (although Firefox should
have nothing to do with it. Yahoo sent me a list of URLs and IP addresses
that my firewall should allow, but I can't find anyplace in the system to
set these exact items. Any suggestions?
 
Hey So 'n' so! If you've got Media Player 10 then there is a security update
that blocks not only Yahoo but also Sirius Radio from streaming. I had to
rollback to Media Player 9, then update to 10 & refuse the security update.
Everything is working fine now.

That did it! You're the boss (especially since Yahoo couldn't figure it out
after 3 tries)!
