Unable to log on to yahoo mail shows error 999. How do I fix this and if I
cancel this account how do I set up windows mail? Can I forward all yahoo
e-mails to my new account?

Windows Mail isn't an account. It's an email program (client) used to
retrieve email from your existing non-http email accounts.
