Yahoo e-mail account setting up using MS Outlook

I currently have a Yahoo e-mail account and i've just
bought a new pocket PC which works alongside outlook.

I'm having alot of difficulty setting up my outlook to use
my yahoo account. Is this possible? If so how, what are
the settings?
