Yahoo and Window Mail

I have a problem
i have all the setting in but i still cant get mail or send
it keeps asking for login and password but everytime i do it
it doesnt log in

I have all setting I login with hole e-mail address but its still dont want
to login
I think MS VISTA and this mail program are rubbish with all respect I
haven't so many problems with any other Operation systems Its time to change
for MAC OS I think.
