XYZ Charting

Does Microsoft support 3D XYZ coordinate Charting. I have a spread sheet in which I can do XY coordinate charting but I need to add a z axis. I don't see that option in any of the chart options I have found.

I'm currently using Office 2000 on a Win 2000 OS

XYZ charting is supported by XL in a very, very limited fashion. See
the Excel | Charts | '3D Surface' page of my web site for an
introduction.
