Xtra pages in report

Hi
I'm creating a report. I have a number of query and
calculated fields in the report. The report should only
be 1 page long, but for some reason there are 11 (the
number of calculated fields). How can I remedy this? Any
ideas? Thanks

Carla,

Open your report in design view, select the section where the calculated
fields are in (detail?, group header or footer?) by clicking on the grey bar
just above it that reads Detail or [ControlName] Header or [ControlName]
Footer, and check the setting of the Force New Page property on the Format
tab; chances are it is set to Before Section or After Section or Before and
After, whereas it should be set to None so as not to force new pages.
