XServer display Exceedwont run

Hummingbird Exceed - Upon starting, states that "All XServer Displays are in
use. Exceed can not run without a Display. Please try again at a later time."
See error screenshot in infinite loop.
Any ideas?

Hi Mark,

This definitely sounds like a problem you'll need to ask Hummingbird about.
There are many possible variables, including the exact version and patch
level of Exceed. Hummingbird have certified Exceed 2008 for Vista. Support
for ealier versions is pretty much up to Hummingbird.

FWIW, I'm running StarNet X-Win32 8.2 (http://www.starnet.com) on Vista, and
I have concurrent X sessions to multiple Unix and Linux machines, no
problem. There's no intrinsic barrier to X Window, on Vista.
