xruler, for windows

Hi
I'm sure this will be a trivial question for someone.
There used to be a handy tool for motif called xruler. Basically a ruler
on the screen that could be used for measuring the size of textboxs in pixels,
seeing if controls were aligned, etc.
Anything equivilent on Windows?

Ok, theres quite a few, never mind. Still, an asp.net one with source code
would be nice.
