You responded to my hyperlink question. I did the
regsvr32's and I still can't get into e-greetings,
internet games, or chats. Is there any thing else to do?
At this point I may need to just call someone.????

You definitely could try calling Microsoft support but be prepared
to wait on hold for an hour or so before talking to a tech. They are
swamped with calls due to the msblaster worm and its variants.
