xplornet using vista webmail

Is there anyone using xplornet and windows mail?
When I connect I can receive but not send mail. I get a server certificate
error. I've tried to reset the settings and contacted xplornet but they have
not found an answer to this issue with vista windows mail.

Your ISP, Xplornet, is being disingenuous because there is
no difference in account settings between Vista's Windows Mail
and XP's Outlook Express.

Verify that your settings are as shown here:
http://www.xplornet.com/support/QRguide_email.asp?lang=EN
Make sure you have not selected the SSL option in the Advanced screen.
