XPe SP2 - where to get?

I have already XPe SP1 in use and want to upgrade to SP2. As I found out it
should be possible to download at https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com but the
site seems to be down.

Can I elsewhere get the update?

Updates are available from the secure ECE site.

I'm not sure if we have a CLA contract. Is it a must do have a contract? Is
it automatically included in buying the product?

Is there another possibility?

Your company needs to sign a NDA.

I don't know of any other way. Perhaps you could try contacting your
local XPe distributor.
